  This is the worst Chili's. Today, I placed a to go order and arrived to pick it up at the appropriate time. There was a sign on the To Go counter that indicated that customers should see the bartender for their To Go orders. I stepped over to the bar and waited for about 5 minutes while the bartender attempted to enter orders on her touch screen device behind the bar. She finally turned around and took a food order for some people who had been sitting at the bar. Eventually, she asked how she could help me and took my name so that she could retrieve my to go order. She walked back to her touch screen, came back and handed me a bill for my order and said that she would go and get it. She came back again without my order and never bothered to give any indication that the order was ready, not ready, she forgot it. . . .After a couple more minutes, I walked out. I the tried to call the store manager, but was left on hold forever and hung up. NEVER AGAIN!

  I've eaten at Chili's before and love their tacos and burgers, but I had chili tonight and would never order that again. The wait staff seemed extra nice, maybe due to the fact that there were 2 outside people asking for patrons opinions. The new decor seems too bare.

  We had a very friendly waitress, TJ. She had our drinks and skillet queso out in no time. Their Southern Smokehouse burger rarely disappoints, and this was no exception. All of our food was great and services was perfect. Best part is 20% of our order was donated to the Rowlett Tornado Relief Fund. Thanks for Brinker for giving back to our community!
